TestFlight feedback and link tester feedback, in one inbox
Team (needs an App Store Connect connection)
TestFlight testers can send a screenshot or a crash report from the TestFlight app. That feedback stays in App Store Connect, where few people on the team look, while feedback from install links lands somewhere else. AppForShare reads the TestFlight feedback of your shared apps and puts it in the same inbox as every other report.
Example
Feedback, Shop app
- TestFlight: button hidden on iPhone SE2.4 (118), 1 screenshot
- TestFlight: crash feedback2.4 (118), iOS 26.1
- Install page: wrong priceAndroid 2.4 (58)
Made for
- Teams that test with TestFlight and with install links at the same time
- QA leads who triage every report in one list
- Agencies that report client testing in one place
What it ends
- Opening App Store Connect to look for TestFlight screenshots
- Two lists of bugs for the same version
- Crash feedback nobody saw until the review
How it works
Step 1
Connect App Store Connect
Add your team key on the Stores page and share the app with the workspace.
Step 2
AppForShare reads it
Every 30 minutes AppForShare reads new screenshot and crash feedback for each shared app. Developers and up can also press Read now.
Step 3
Triage as usual
Reports arrive marked TestFlight, with the build, device and screenshot. Send them to Linear or Jira, mark a release blocker or make a task.
Read only
AppForShare only reads TestFlight feedback through your App Store Connect key. It never writes to TestFlight, never replies to testers and never deletes feedback in App Store Connect.
Good to know
- Feedback arrives within about 30 minutes, not at once.
- It shows the feedback TestFlight keeps from the last 30 days, with Apple's crash log for crash feedback. It is not a crash reporter and adds no SDK to your app.
- You cannot reply to a TestFlight tester from AppForShare.
Questions
- Which plan do I need?
- Team, with an App Store Connect connection and the app shared with the workspace.
- Does it change anything in App Store Connect?
- No. It only reads.
- Can my AI tools read it?
- Yes. The MCP server tool list_feedback includes the source, so TestFlight reports show up there too.
