The QA loop next to your builds
Team
Feedback comes in on one build, the fix ships in another, and the work in between lives in someone's notes. Then nobody remembers who promoted the build that broke checkout.
Every project gets a task board next to its builds, a tester report becomes a task in one click, and the activity feed records each upload, promotion, pause and checklist tick with a name and a time.
Example
Activity, Shop App
- OmarPut Shop App 2.5 (121) into Live
- SaraFinished the task "Bug: Cart total is wrong"
- Lina (tester)Bug report on Shop App 2.5 (120)
Made for
- Small teams that do not want a full tracker for test rounds
- QA leads who verify fixes on a specific build
- Agencies and teams that need to know who changed what before a release
What it ends
- Retyping tester reports into a to do list
- Fixes verified on the wrong build
- Asking in chat who put a build into Live
How it works
Step 1
Open the board
Projects, Tasks: To do, In progress, In review and Done, with an assignee, due date, comments and a linked build.
Step 2
Make tasks from feedback
Press Make a task on a report. The task gets the report's first line as its title, the message and device in the details, and links to the build.
Step 3
Follow the feed
Dashboard, Activity lists every upload, channel change, feedback, task, checklist tick and link change, filtered by project or kind.
Works with or without a client
The board needs no client. When the project also has client work, tasks marked for the client show in the client portal and the rest stay with the team.
Recorded from day one
Activity is recorded on every plan, so the feed is already full the day a workspace moves to Team. Overrides of the release checklist are written as such, with the Admin's name.
Good to know
- No sprints, estimates or time tracking. For a full tracker, send reports to Linear or Jira.
- The feed is for reading; it does not send a notification for every line.
Questions
- Who can change tasks?
- Developers and Admins add, edit and move tasks. Viewers can read the board and the feed.
- Can AI tools use it?
- Yes. The MCP server has task_from_feedback and recent_activity, and the CLI has feedback-task and activity.
- Which plan do I need?
- Team.
