Check a signed document

Teams use AppForShare to have their clients sign agreements and accept app versions. Each signed PDF and each evidence report is recorded by its SHA-256, a fingerprint that changes completely if even one character of the file changes. Choose the PDF here to see whether it matches a document we issued.

What a match means

A match means the file is exactly the one AppForShare issued: same bytes, nothing added or removed. It does not tell you whether the agreement itself is fair or enforceable, and AppForShare is not a party to it.

Newer documents also carry the AppForShare document seal, a standard PDF digital signature. A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat shows it in its signature panel and reports when the file was changed after it was sealed. The seal certificate is issued by AppForShare itself, so the reader may show the signer as unknown or not trusted; the check on this page does not depend on that.

The code on an evidence report (it looks like AFS-7K3M-Q9XA-2P) confirms the report exists. To be sure your copy is unchanged, check the file itself.
